The Zoo! :)

   Saturday we visited the beautiful Portland Zoo! Britto and I along with several great friends adventured around enjoying talking to, naming and even making fun of all the animals. In fact our giraffe was even lovingly named Morgan Freeman, I'm not sure why...maybe it just fit. Of course like we promised Britto and I posed like penguins in front of the polar bear exhibit. With the gorgeous weather, great friends and a amazing zoo our day was definately an unforgettable one!

Hard-core workout video

    So this weekend was a rather eventful one. Two bands from Cali were on tour and crashed at my house for two nights, after spending as much time with them as we did and going to one of their shows we came to a new conclusion- hardcore dancing is indeed quite a workout. It instantly became a perfect "bucket-list" idea. "Summer Bucket List"

We decided that summer is to short to spend days simply deciding what to do. We needed an incentive to accomplish various activities this summer. That's why we have created a "Summer Bucket List". We've added a few things to list that are important or intriguing to us but we want your ideas as well! Anything crazy, fun and something we can accomplish let us know! School is out in a week and we are eager to get started! So post it, and let us know you crazy ideas!

Campfire on the beach
Warptour
Make unicorn cookies and give them to the homeless man in the park
Learn hacky sack
Mini-Golf in Portland
Go to the Buckaroo dressed like the slightly more appropriate version of Daisy Duke
Have a movie night where everyone dresses like a character in the movie
Attend Joshuafest
Go to a late night movie and an adventurous ninja hunt after
PhotoShoot in Downtown Portland
Host a MarioKart Marathon
Go to a concert by a band we've never heard before
Give a guy the rejection hotline number
Go to a new place and introduce ourselves to everyone with switched names
Have a waterfight in front of the church before youth group
Post at least one youtube video
Have a dinner where everyone brings one surprise ingredient and try to make a desert out of it
Go to a drive-in movie
Have our own concert in the park
Take a boat ride
Jump in the river fully clothed
Go to the zoo and take pictures acting like a penguin in front of the polar bear exhibit
Camp under the stars
Shoot a work-out video
Have a light saber battle
